Quote #136: Erin Patrice

Hi, I'm Erin Patrice—the creator of The Breaking Bread Village, community advocate, Midland Area Cultural Awareness Coalition member, a servant on the Housing Commission, and member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. A favorite quote of mine is, "A flower doesn't announce its arrival to the world; it just blooms."

This is one of my FAVORITE quotes! It reminds me to simply be! I don’t have to answer to anyone’s expectations of me. I get to exist on my full glory and that right times. I don’t have to explain why I love what I love or why my passion resides in certain places.

As written in my reflection journey “Growing in the Wild” I refer to myself as a wildflower. I plant seeds and grow in the most uncertain places, but no matter what, I am determined to bloom and live to the utmost- with no apologies!
