Quote #46: Jean Burke

Hi, I'm Jean Burke, an Executive Coach and Psychotherapist and member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition via the Certificate in Creating Wellbeing. A quote that is meaningful to me is "Clear is Kind. Unclear is Unkind” by Brene Brown. I regularly share this with my coaching clients when reflecting on their reticence to have a difficult conversation. It is a valuable reminder of the importance of being open and honest with people when giving feedback as well as the positive impact this can have on our own and others’ well-being in the long term when we each know where we stand.
