The Organizational Membership indicates a recognition of the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Workplace Wellbeing Ambassador

The Wellbeing Ambassador Program will support the Ambassador in enhancing and supporting a culture of wellbeing in your workplace. 

Designated Wellbeing Organization

Becoming a Designated Wellbeing Organization will demonstrate that the organization is committed to cultivating a culture that supports holistic wellbeing, fosters a positive work environment, and elevates satisfaction of leaders, employees and customers. 

Wellbeing Partner Program

This program is for organizations who want to prioritize employee wellbeing and are looking for a strategic partner to provide customizable packages that include key learnings, trainings, and programs.

Through this partner program, we take the frameworks of L.E.A.D. and Me, We, Us, and combine them into a comprehensive framework. Then, incorporating the strategies of PERMAH and the Surgeon General’s Framework within these strategies further enhances the evidence-based foundation, offering comprehensive guidance for developing organizational policies and best practices that support the overall wellbeing of employees.

Why PERMAH?

Martin Seligman and other found that the PERMAH Framework is an easy way for people to understand, measure, and take action around the well established, evidence-based elements of wellbeing.
