Power Half Hour Workshop

Offered the Third Wednesday of Each Month

Learn how improving your personal wellbeing has a ripple effect to families, friends, workplaces, and communities. Join this fun, FREE, and informative workshop to build your wellbeing toolbox!

Workshops are offered monthly on the third Wednesday at various times (12:30 or 4:15). All workshops will be 30 minutes and will take place on Zoom.
