Inspirational or motivational quotes appeal to many of us. Quotes may quickly change your entire thought process, directing your energies towards a positive path. They can serve as guidelines for our lives, helping us to make decisions or motivating us in various ways. They can serve as primers for how we want to show up in the world, for who we want to be.

The majority of inspirational quotes hardly even take up 10 to 20 seconds to digest. Yet, the messages they contain can be very powerful, leaving lasting impacts.  This power of inspiration is why we launched “Quotes to Live By” featuring members of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition.

We will be launching a new quote and its meaning every Thursday! Enjoy!

It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
– Muhammad Ali
