Hi, I'm Annie, Founder and Creative Director of Paper Heart Design Co., which serves many community organizations including Max Loves Midland, Public Arts Midland, the Art Seen Festival, and more. I'm also a member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. A quote from Bob Dylan that grounds me is, "We have never arrived. We are in a constant state of becoming."

I find this quote so helpful because it reminds me that there is always more to experience, more to learn, and that we are constantly growing. This quote supports my wellbeing by helping me accept that there is no pinnacle. The mindset of, "I'll be happy when _____ happens," or "I'll be successful when _____ happens," is not a healthy way to live. Instead, I focus on being content in the now, while also striving to continually improve in a way that aligns with my values.
