Life Hack #40: Post Your Strengths

What are you good at?

Do you know your strengths?

With a brain designed to pick out negatives more readily than the positives, there could be great benefit to literally posting our strengths in front of us.

Studies show that focusing on using our strengths in new ways can boost our mental health. And focusing on using our strengths gives us energy and helps us to feel authentic.

When we notice those strengths and those things you’re good at, we can remind ourselves that we are strong and can navigate the challenges that we face.

Take a min to think about your strengths and those things you’re good at or take the free online inventory at viacharacter.org and find out what your strengths are! And then list them on a post-it note in a place where you might need that additional boost to your day. Remind yourself what strengths you bring to the world and then use those strengths as your own superpower!
