Hi, I'm Alex, From Dow High Student Leadership. A quote that helps me stay positive is, "I am not afraid to keep on living," said by My Chemical Romance, from the song Famous Last Words.

The reason I find this quote so positive is because the first time I heard this song I was in a very deep depression, and this lit up my world a lot. This quote supports my wellbeing by reminding me not to let my depression take over.
