It shows me that I should stop dwelling on the past because you can't change it, but you can change the future. The reason I find this quote so inspiring is because I tend to stay in the past and it can affect my day because of what mistakes I made. When I read this quote I realize that the future is much more important than the past. The future is who you want to be and who you strive to be.
