The reason this quote sparked my passion is because I feel it can be applied to my whole life. Anything you do is a choice you're making. This quote supports my wellbeing by pushing me to make the best choice I can. Rather than thinking of integrity as taking responsibility, it's intentionally making decisions that will better you and your life.
