Wellbeing Life Hacks

Life Hack #1: Learning Loop

The Learning Loop is a great tool to simply and strategically learn from our behaviors. After we act, we can assess the situation by considering:

What went well?

Where did we struggle?

What did we learn?

And then we can adjust our thoughts and behaviors accordingly.

It’s a simple, yet very powerful tool! For maximum impact, do the Learning Loop in this order – because positive emotions broaden our perspective and help us to be better problem solvers!
