Life Hack #12: Gratitude Texts

Every action of kindness we take can help to make this world a kinder place. Sending gratitude texts is a simple way to do that.

You might make this a daily habit – morning, noon, or night, whatever works for you!

You might choose to do this immediately as the grateful feeling comes over you. Or you might just do it randomly when the mood strikes you!

There’s no right or wrong way – any action you take to share gratitude makes the world a better place and can help you to feel more positive about your own life.

An additional benefit – gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experience, improve their health. deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
