How do you know if someone is a positive energizer? One quick way to tell is to ask this simple question: is my interaction with this person uplifting and life-giving or depleting and exhausting?
People with positive energy exert qualities like kindness, empathy, generosity, gratitude, integrity, and encouragement. So how do you use your energy? Can you focus on being a positive energizer for others in your life? Can you surround yourself with more positive energizers?
