Life Hack #22: Gardening is Good

Want a simple way to boost mood and reduce stress? Me too! Wondering if you have time and energy to plant a garden, do some landscaping, or plant flowers this year?

While wonder no more!
Studies have shown strong mental, emotional, physical and social benefits from gardening. As a symbol of life, planting, and tending a garden is a powerful way to engage with nature. In fact, it is becoming more common across the world to prescribe gardening or time in nature as part of an individual’s health care plan. When it isn’t possible or desirable to grow outside, even investing in small plants inside can provide some of the same benefits.

Nature is life, and gardening is good!
