Well you can solve both problems at once by using temptation bundling. We are more likely to find motivation to achieve our goals when we can pair it with something that we like.
Try exercising to your favorite playlist or podcast, phone a friend while you’re folding laundry, or reward yourself with a favorite treat after accomplishing a challenging working task. To do this, consider pairing your “have to” task to your “want to” rewards.
Using temptation bundling can be a simple and powerful way to improve our motivation – at home, at work, and with health benefits.
