You were born to do hard things. You have done hard things all your life and this is just another hard thing.
Ask yourself the following questions.

When have I don hard things before?

What tools, strategies, and strengths did I use to rise to the challenge?

How might I rise to the challenge?

How can my past hard things tackle this challenge?

What have I learned from past challenges that can fuel my strength now?
