Life Hack #87: Find Flow

Have you ever been so engrossed in an activity that time seemed to fly by? Have you ever been lost in the moment? Whether it's painting, coding, playing an instrument, or even just gardening, being in the zone can have a profound impact on your wellbeing. It's like being in a magical state where you're fully immersed in what you're doing. Studies show that flow is good for us through enhanced focus, reduced stress, boosted confidence, and increased positive emotions. Not to mention the growth and skill development that comes with it. But how do you tap into this flow state for your own wellbeing? It's actually pretty simple - set aside dedicated time for activities you truly enjoy and that challenge you just enough. Carve out regular moments to immerse yourself in these activities. Remember, it's not about perfection, it's about the experience. When you find the right blend of challenge, skill, and interest - hang out there for a while, finding flow is good for the mind!
