Life Hack in Action #45: Create a Bedtime Routine

Hello! My name is McKenna Burns and I am the Public Relations Assistant for the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. The Life Hack I will be discussing that I use to support my wellbeing is Life Hack #66, Create a Bedtime Routine.

This life hack supports my wellbeing because I am able to reduce stress for my future self. For me, a bedtime routine looks something like decompressing from the previous full day, and preparing for the next day, reducing future stress by doing tasks like making my lunch for the next day, picking out what clothes I am wearing, and preparing for relaxation overnight, creates a flow. It is a good routine that I can follow.

So the next time you need some support around reducing stress, or trying to unwind and or keep up with your busy schedule, try creating a routine at night to help your night into morning flow smoothly.

Cheers and thanks for listening to how I use Life Hack #66 for my daily wellbeing!! 🙂
