Life Hack in Action #1: Mindful Movement

"Hi, I'm Ashley Ghose, Balance Life Strategist, and Coach as well as Lead assistant for the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. Today, I'd like to share my Life Hack in Action. The Life Hack I use to support my wellbeing is Life Hack Number 17, Mindful Movement. I use this Life Hack of mindful movement daily in my daily Yoga/Pilates exercise session. As a physical therapist and coach, I know how important movement is to support my wellbeing. Mindful Movement is movement that allows me to mentally focus on where my body is in space and be in the present moment. This practice reduces my stress and grounds me for the day. So the next time you need some support around Mindful Movement, try finding ways to move your body that allows you to be in the present moment, in a way that works for you!
