Life Hack in Action #17: Name Your Strengths

"Hey there, I'm Bridgette Gransden, the administrator controller at Midland County, and I'm proud to be part of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. Today, I want to share with you a life hack that I use a lot is Life Hack # 56 Name Your Strengths. For me, naming my strengths is a powerful tool that helps me focus on the character strengths that energize me. Strength spotting is also about understanding how to identify and leverage strengths in others. Staying aware of my strengths and spotting strengths in others allows me to navigate challenging situations with more resilience and empathy. By tapping into my strengths during stressful times, I find that I can navigate difficulties more effectively. Additionally, recognizing the strengths in others has improved my relationships, both personally and professionally. I believe that understanding and appreciating our strengths is crucial for building meaningful connections and fostering engagement. Even in difficult relationships, recognizing and leveraging strengths can lead to positive outcomes and improved interactions. At the end of the day, knowing your strengths lets you focus on what energizes you and work towards building stronger, more fulfilling lives. Discover your strengths by taking the VIA Character Strengths survey, click link https://www.viacharacter.org/account/register."
