Life Hack in Action #2: White Space

Hi, I'm Kathy Snyder, Director of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. Today I'd love to share my Life Hack in Action. I use the Life Hack #94 called "White Space" by spending as much time in City Forest as possible, without headphones or other distractions. I let my mind wander and leave the forest feeling refreshed and energized. This helps my wellbeing because I feel like it is important for me to take time when I can to actually not think. Much of my days are spent with my to-do lists and allowing my brain to have those white space moments helps balance me out. So the next time you find yourself overwhelmed by what your brain feels like it needs to think about, try white space on for size in a way that works for you!
