The reason I find this quote so impactful is that it encourages me to be more understanding and patient and consider why someone behaved or reacted in a certain way instead of jumping to conclusions or assuming their intent.

This quote supports my wellbeing because it suggests that we should extend the same grace to others that we give ourselves and to not just judge by behavior but seek to understand the intent as well.
