Hi, I'm Kathleen Haney from MadeUp Media. A quote that inspires me is, "You have to standardize before you can optimize." said by James Clear in his book Atomic Habits.

The reason I find this quote so helpful is it's easy to get focus on the desired outcome of a goal, but it's more important to focus on the process it takes to get there - to make it a standard part of life before reaching peak performance. This quote supports my wellbeing because it reminds me that I don't have to achieve everything all at once. I can take one step at a time and figure out the rest later.

So, ask yourself: how I can I take one small step in the right direction this week?
