Quotes To Live By

Quote #157: Rose Jones

Hi, I'm Rose Jones, from Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition, a mother and member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. A quote that inspires me is “It is not the critic who counts...the credit belongs to the man who is actually in the area...who at the best knows the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly…” by Teddy Roosevelt.

This quote reminds me that it is better to at least try something and fail than to sit back and do nothing. It also supports my wellbeing since it helps me remember that while my efforts are imperfect, at least I’m in the arena.

Are you allowing yourself to get into the arena?

Love, Rose
