A quote that inspires me is by Elizabeth Gilbert: “A creative life is an amplified life. It's a bigger life, a happier life, an expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life.”

This quote is such a great reminder to embrace creativity and fun in everything I do—especially because I tend to get too serious at times. It’s my little nudge to lighten up and remember that life isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about making it interesting, vibrant, and full of joy.

For me, creativity supports my wellbeing by adding fun and joy into my days and keeping me aligned with the life I truly want to live.
