Quotes To Live By

Quote #170: Melanie Kolnitys

Hi, I'm Melanie Kolnitys, I am enrolled in Student Leadership class and a member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. A quote that inspires me is, "It's not how many hours you put into it, it's what you put into the hours," author unknown.

The reason I find this quote so inspiring is because I feel like many people think the quantity of time is enough, when in reality it is the quality and focus you actually put into it. This quote supports my wellbeing by always encouraging me to do my best in every moment, quality over quantity.

So, next time you are exercising, cleaning your home, or working, think to yourself and ask yourself if this is the best way you can do it? Are you becoming better? This has been brought to you by the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition's Quotes to Live By Series. Take care!
