A quote that is meaningful to me is, "The joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives," said by Russell M. Nelson.

The reason I find this quote so meaningful is because this quote recognizes the difficulty of life, but also expresses how important it is to maintain joy despite the circumstances of your life. This quote supports my well being because it reminds me that sometimes I need to shift my perspective to be able to find true joy.
