The reason I find this quote so focusing is because I had to learn that leading by example is one of the most important ways to lead, and staying determined to be my best is why I am able to be in the leadership positions I am in today, along with luck, of course. This quote supports my wellbeing because it pushes me to be my best in every aspect of my life.
