Hi, I'm Joslyn Chulski, I work at Dow (Team Legal) and I'm a member of the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition. A quote that grounds me is attributed to Aesop: "No act of kindness no matter how small is ever wasted ". Kindness is a core value of mine and this quote supports my wellbeing because I always feel good when I know I've done something with kindness and good intentions. I know that the impact of kindness is instant when given and received but also that the imprint of the act is long lasting. My quest for you is to step into a "kindness first" mentality--know that good intentions are never wasted, that ripple effects are real and your smile, your hello, your roundup donation, your allyship, your waving someone into the merging lane, even these small moments and gestures can really create a boost for you and for others.
