This quote from Max Ehrmann’s poem, Desiderata, has been on my refrigerator for the past five years. It’s a reminder that whatever cycle of life we’re in, there’s always a specialness about it. Through the good, bad, and ugly, the world still offers an abundance of beauty and we are part of that. We are always loved and worth it. "Be gentle with yourself.
