In a typical AI summit, all stakeholders in an organization are brought together to go through a structured process of identifying the strengths in a system, envisioning an ideal future, and working to brainstorm and start to create pathways to bring that ideal future to life. Spotlight on Strengths
Multiple Sessions, Multiple Topics
These 30 minute workshops are designed to bring out the strengths in individuals, teams, and organizations. Each workshop consists of information, discussion, and practical tools. (20 Hours Total)
Psychological Safety
8 Sessions
In this team workshop series, the four stages of psychological safety are taught, evaluated, and practiced with intention. These include Inclusion Safety, Learner Safety, Contributor Safety, and Challenger Safety. (16 Hours Total)
Resilience (Cognitive)
4 Sessions
Each workshop is an hour long and focuses on the thought processes that contribute to wellbeing. Includes the following: Growth Mindset, Personal Mastery, Working with Worry, Mind over Chatter. Derivative of Bounce Back Better®, a Flourishing Center Program. (8 Hours Total)
Resilience (Emotional)
4 Sessions
Each workshop is an hour long and focuses on the affective processes that contribute to wellbeing. Includes the following: Positivity and Negativity, Emotional Intelligence, Energy Management), and Emotional Alchemy. Derivative of Bounce Back Better®, a Flourishing Center Program. (8 Hours Total)
Resilience (Physical)
4 Sessions

Resilience (Social)
4 Sessions
Each workshop is an hour long and focuses on the interactive processes that contribute to wellbeing. Includes the following: Meaning and Purpose, Science of the Hive, Pronoia, and Mastering Alignment. Derivative of Bounce Back Better®, a Flourishing Center Program. (8 Hours Total)
Flourishing Skills Group
10 Sessions
This small group meets for an hour per week over 10 weeks. Each group meeting focuses on a different topic: introduction to positive psychology, strengths, gratitude, savoring, high-quality connections, visualization, mind-chatter, habit change, forgiveness, and developing intuition and connection. (20 Hours Total)
Wellbeing Workshops
8 Sessions
Based on the PERMAH model, this workshop series starts with an introductory session and then moves through positivity, engagement, relationships, meaning, achievement, and health. The final session involves creating action plans. (16 Hours Total)
