Wellbeing Skill-Building for Educators is designed to support the wellbeing of participants through a variety of workshops and interventions. Participants learn and practice evidence-based tools and see best practices for implementing the tools in a variety of contexts. Participants can engage in all or part of the Wellbeing Skill-Building opportunities – they are designed to both stand alone and create a comprehensive experience.
Options are asynchronous and some have a synchronous opportunity if desired.

The series launched on September 1 but people can join in anytime between now and the end of November! (A new series will launch each quarter)
Types of Workshops
Journey Toward Wellbeing Workshop where participants learn what wellbeing is, why it is important, what contributes to wellbeing, and evidence-based tools to support wellbeing. This can be taken one time. Offered on the first Tuesday of every month. 7, 12, 4:15, 9, live or independent learning
Power Half Hour Workshops (these are part of a year-long series of workshops). These are designed to teach a wellbeing construct and offer immediately actionable evidence-based tools based on the construct. This can be taken three times (different topics). Offered on the third Wednesday of each month. 12:30, 4:15, 7:00 live or independent learning
Wellbeing Life Hacks provide small, bite-sized evidence-based tools every week. This can be taken 13 times (different topics). Learn and reflect on each Life Hack. Offered weekly through independent learning.
Wellbeing Workshop uses the PERMAH model. Each of the eight sessions teaches a tool and introduces the construct through a guest speaker. Participants learn and practice evidence-based tools and see best practices for implementing the tools in a variety of contexts. Independent learning.
