Four Organizations Earn Workplace Wellbeing Certificates

The Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition recently completed customized Workplace Wellbeing Certificate programs with four local organizations, engaging 86 participants in evidence-based strategies that support individual wellbeing, healthy workplace cultures, and stronger teams. Organizations included Adoption Option, Inc., Right at Home, Midland Center for the Arts, and the Pediatric Partnership. The programs focused on practical tools such as psychological safety, communication, stress management, and values-driven collaboration, helping organizations build sustainable cultures of wellbeing.
